PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt that correct a posture such as a stoop and that facilitates attachment/detachment and length adjustment.SOLUTION: The posture correction belt 1 is composed of an X-shaped belt 2, a lower belt 3 that extends nearly laterally from each lower end of the X-shaped belt 2, and side belts 4 that obliquely extend from each upper end of the X-shaped belt 2 and reach prescribed positions of the lower belt 3. The lower belt 3 includes a first lower blet 31 that extends laterally from one lower end of the X-shaped belt 2 and a second lower belt 32 that extends in the direction opposite to the first lower belt 31 from the other lower end of the X-shaped belt 2. The end of the first lower belt 31 and the end of the second lower belt 32 are made attachable/detachable respectively.
