PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic apparatus capable of improving efficiency of inspection and measurement.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic apparatus includes: an apparatus body having an ophthalmic inspection part for inspecting or measuring an eye to be inspected a chin-receiving part 4 for placing a chin of a subject and a forehead-receiving part 50 for putting a forehead of the subject placed on the chin-receiving part 4. The apparatus body is capable of moving right to left, up to down, and back and force to a face of the subject fixed by the chin-receiving part 4 and forehead-receiving part 50. In the ophthalmic apparatus, center lines L1 and L2 for showing a center position to the right and left direction of the forehead-receiving part 50 are provided.
