The present invention provides an endotracheal intubation auxiliary device, which is used in association with an endotracheal tube and comprises: an optical fiber, a joint combined with the connection end of the optical fiber, a positioning cap fitted onto the optical fiber, and a light emitter combined with the joint. In this invention utilizes the positioning cap to be combined with the connection member of the endotracheal tube, the indication end of the optical fiber extended close to the slanted tip of the endotracheal tube, and the light source provided by the light emitter, so the indication end of the optical fiber can emit light to clearly indicate the position of the slanted tip of the endotracheal tube and thus the operator can see the light of the indication end of the optical fiber from outside of the human body to correctly and conveniently guide and insert the slanted tip of the endotracheal tube into the optimized depth of the endotracheal.
