The present invention relates to an apparatus for the controlled collection of large-scale fly eggs and the using method thereof. The said apparatus allows the fly cage to place it outside of the oviposition substrate to prevent movements of opening and entry or exit of materials within the fly cages. Also, it enables to synchronize the hatching of the eggs, controlling the frequency of the collection periods, temperature, humidity and photoperiod.El objeto la invención es un aparato para la recolección controlada de huevecillos de mosca a gran escala y el método para utilizarlo, que permite colocar el sustrato de ovoposición fuera de la jaula moscario para evitar los movimientos de apertura, ingreso y egreso de materiales dentro de las jaulas, así como sincronizar la eclosión de los huevecillos controlando la frecuencia de los periodos de colecta, la temperatura, la humedad y los fotoperiodos.
