To provide an air pillow which appropriately adjusts the height according to the body type of a person to be shampooed and stably holds a neck part.
SOLUTION: The air pillow includes a first air chamber 1, a second air chamber 2, and a third air chamber 3, which respectively have bent and substantially cylindrical shapes when inflated. The respective air chambers are formed to allow the upper surfaces, where the neck part or a head part is placed in usage and to be substantially U shapes or arcuate shapes in a front view. The air chambers are juxtaposed in order from the first to the third so as to be adjacent in the longitudinal direction. The respective upper surfaces, where the neck part or the head part is placed and are made to be the same in height. The mutually adjacent air chambers are made to respectively adhere at one place. The first to third air chambers are communicating respectively each other and the arbitrary chamber has an inlet of the air. During inflation, the second air chamber positioned in the middle is the lowest in height, the first air chamber to be ON a shoulder side is the highest and the third air chamber to be ON a head side has the height between the heights of the first and second air chambers.
