An air hole (411) of the air pump (4), a milk outlet (211) of the cups (2) and a milk inlet (311) of the milk pouch (3) are respectively connected to the air current interface (111), the liquid inlet interface (131) and the liquid outlet interface (132) of the synchronized suction device (1) using hoses. The synchronized suction device is small in volume and suitable for concealing on the body, and inverting the disc-shaped diaphragm (12) enables a relatively large negative pressure to be obtained instantly, meeting the needs of pumping milk.
