The present invention relates to a surgical drape instrument with which pre-surgical treatment can be conveniently performed on a surgical site when surgical treatment such as skin laceration under partial anesthesia is performed. The surgical drape instrument of the present invention comprises: an outer frame having a plurality of fixing protrusions on an outer surface of a border with one side of the outer frame opened, such that the shape thereof can be changed a surgical drape fixed by the fixing protrusions to cover up the outer frame, and having a perforated portion formed in the center and an inner frame having a closed ring inserted into the perforated portion to be fixed. According to the present invention, when surgical treatment is performed under partial anesthesia, pre-surgical treatment of a surgical site can be performed by applying minimum disinfectant the two frames can be conveniently combined and the shape thereof can be changed by simple pressurization, thereby enabling a user to conveniently and efficiently perform surgery. In addition, an internal sterilizer for the instrument is used to allow continuous reuse of the outer frame and the inner frame and, even though a perforated drape manufactured from mainly used fabric is used, additional mounting thereof can reduce an applied amount of the disinfectant and an applied area inside the perforated drape. Furthermore, at the surgical site, the area, where the disinfectant has not been applied due to a limited manner of using a surgical drape, can be eliminated, thereby minimizing a possibility of developing inflammation at the wound area after surgery.본 발명은 부분마취 하에 피부 열상과 같은 수술적 치료를 시행할 시에 간편하게 수술부위 수술 전 처치를 시행할 수 있는 수술 드랩 기구에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 수술 드랩 기구는 테두리 외면에 복수의 고정 돌기가 구비되고 일측이 트여 형태변경이 가능한 외부 프레임과, 고정 돌기에 고정되어 외부 프레임을 감싸며 중간에 천공부가 형성된 수술포와, 천공부에 끼워져 고정되는 폐쇄 고리를 이룬 내부 프레임을 포함한다.이러한 구성에 의하면, 부분마취 하에 수술적 치료를 시행할 시에 최소한의 소독약을 도포하여 수술부위 수술 전 처치를 할 수 있으며, 두개의 프레임을 편리하게 조합할 수 있으며 간단히 가압하여 형태 변경이 가능하여 간편하
