The present invention relates to a tea bag including a hook and reusable mandarin orange peel which includes: mandarin orange peel； tea bag paper enclosing the mandarin orange peel； and the hook which hangs the tea bag on a pot and a utensil, and enables an easy removal of the tea bag. According to the present invention, citric acid included in the mandarin orange peel inside of the tea bag degrades fat of food, such as chicken soup, having animal fat by releasing acid through the food. The mandarin orange peel, a main material of the present invention, is reused.
