The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating STK11-mutation cancer comprising a substance inhibiting expression and activity of PDE4D proteins as an active ingredient, and to an STK11-mutation cancer diagnosis kit comprising antibodies and nucleic acid specifically binding to PDE4D proteins. The present invention confirms the mutation of various genes in cancer cells and an increase in expression of PDE4D with a high frequency in the STK11-mutation lung cancer. Such result shows that PDE4D proteins can be a treatment target of the STK11-mutation cancer. Accordingly, the PDE4D inhibitors can be effectively used as a treatment agent for the STK11-mutation cancer.본 발명은 PDE4D 단백질의 발현 또는 활성을 억제하는 물질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 STK11-돌연변이 암의 치료용 약학 조성물, 및 PDE4D에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 핵산을 포함하는 STK11-돌연변이 암의 진단용 키트에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 암세포에서는 다양한 유전자 돌연변이가 확인되는데 그 중 높은 빈도로 확인되는 STK11-돌연변이 폐암에서 PDE4D의 발현이 증가됨을 본 발명에서 처음으로 확인하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 PDE4D가 STK11-돌연변이 유래 암의 치료 타겟이 될 수 있고, 따라서 PDE4D 저해제는 STK11-돌연변이 암의 치료제로서 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
