The invention discloses 4-(arylamino)selenophenopyrimidine derivatives of formula (I), hydrates, solvates, isomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof； process for their preparation and methods of treating or inhibiting or controlling a cell proliferative disorders, particularly cancer using said compounds. The invention further discloses pharmaceutical compositions comprising 4-(arylamino)selenophenopyrirnidine derivatives of formula (I) useful for the treatment or inhibition or control of cancer.
