A curable material delivery cannula device (25) is disclosed. The device includesa cannula and a hub. The cannula includes an open proximal end, a deflectable segment(88) forming a pre-set curve, a lumen, and side orifice (s) (84) adjacent, andproximally spaced from, the distal end and fluidly connected to the lumen. Wheninserted within a guide cannula, the deflectable segment straightens. Whendistally extended from the guide cannula, the deflectable segment reverts tothe curved shape. The distal end has a blunt tip for non-traumatic interface withbodily material. During use, curable material, such as bone cement, is deliveredfrom the side orifice (s) in a radial direction relative to the lumen.
