According to an embodiment of the present invention, a heartbeat noise removing method using electrocardiogram signals and electroencephalogram signals corresponding to the same time range includes: an R-peak searching step of using a positive peak of an electrocardiogram signal to search for an R-peak； a pulse artifact (PA) peak searching step of searching for a PA-peak in an electroencephalogram signal by using the R-peak； a classification step of classifying PAs including the PA-peak into normal PAs and modified PAs； and a removing step of generating a PA template by calculating the average of the normal PAs, removing the normal PAs through subtraction of the PA template and the normal PAs； and removing the modified PAs by using the average value of the normal PA time and the normal PA delay time.실시 형태에 따른 심장박동 잡음 제거 방법은, 동일한 시간대에 해당하는 심전도 신호와 뇌전도 신호를 이용한 심장박동 잡음 제거 방법에 있어서, 상기 심전도 신호의 양의 피크를 이용하여 R피크(R peak)를 검색하는 R피크 검색단계； 상기 R피크를 이용하여 뇌전도 신호로부터 PA피크(pulse artifact peak)를 검색하는 PA피크 검색단계； 상기 PA피크를 포함하는 PA들을 정상 PA와 변형된 PA로 분류하는 분류단계； 및 상기 정상 PA들을 평균하여 PA 템플릿을 생성하고, 상기 PA 템플릿과 상기 정상 PA들 사이의 빼기(subtraction)과정으로 상기 정상 PA들을 제거하고, 상기 변형된 PA를 상기 정상 PA들의 지연시간과 상기 정상 PA들의 시간 길이의 평균 값을 이용하여 제거하는 제거단계；를 포함한다.
