A system for delivering an endoluminal device through an endoscope includes a delivery tool and an adapter. The delivery tool has an elongated tube configured to hold a portion of the intraluminal device therein and a first connection feature on the distal end of the elongated tube. The adapter is configured for attachment to an endoscope handle. The adapter includes a channel therethrough and a second connection feature configured to mate with a first connection feature of the delivery tool.
