An object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-handle, before and after dilution with water, concentrated liquid cleanser composition and a production method thereof. A concentrated cleanser composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising: (A) an anionic surfactant, (B) an amphoteric surfactant, (C) 5 to 15 mass % of a monohydric or dihydric alcohol, (D) 8 to 18 mass % of a nonionic surfactant with the IOB value of 0.8 to 1.1 and the molecular weight of 500 or lower, and (E) 45 mass % or less of water, wherein the sum of (A) and (B) is 40 to 60 mass % wherein the blending ratio (C):(D) is 3.5:1 to 1:2.5 and wherein the viscosity at 30 °C is 300 mPa €¢ s or higher when the composition is diluted until the concentration of (A) and (B) becomes 15 mass %.본 발명은 물에 의한 희석 전후에서 취급하기 쉬운 농축 세정제 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 관한 농축액상 세정제 조성물은 (A) 음이온성 계면활성제, (B) 양성 계면활성제, (C) 5~15 질량%의 1 가 또는 2 가의 알콜, (D) 8~18 질량%의 IOB 0.8~1.1에서 분자량이 500 이하인 비이온성 계면활성제, (E) 45 질량% 이하의 물을 포함하고, (A) 및 (B)의 합계가 40~60 질량%, 배합비 (C):(D)가 3.5:1~1:2.5인 액상 세정제 조성물로서, 상기 조성물을 (A) 및 (B)의 농도가 15 질량%가 될 때까지 희석했을 때의 점도가 30 ℃에서 300 mPa·s 이상인 것을 특징으로 한다.
