PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning reel for fishing, capable of achieving size reduction and light weight of an arm part of a rotor, and achieving sure reverse return operation by increasing a return angle of a bail.SOLUTION: A spinning reel 1 for fishing related to an invention comprises: a rotor 3 an arm part 3A a bail support member 12A an energization mechanism 70 and a reverse mechanism 40 for reverse returning the bail support member 12A. The reverse mechanism 40 comprises: a return movement member 50 whose one end part 52 is connected to the bail support member 12A, whose the other end part 53 is inserted into a guide part 38 formed on the arm part 3A, and moves along the guide part 38 and a return impact contact a part 60 disposed on a reel body 2 and contacts the other end part 53 of the return movement member 50 for pressing the return movement member 50. The return movement member 50 has an angle different from an inclination angle of the guide part 38 with respect to a rotation shaft of the rotor 3, and reverse returns the bail support member 12A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
