PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial blood vessel in which closure of a hole after stabbing is facilitated, and leakage of blood and inhibition of blood flow hardly occur.SOLUTION: An artificial blood vessel 1 comprises: a cylindrical main stem part 10 having an outside face 10d and an inside face 10e, in which a blood flow passage 10f is formed by the inside face 10e and a porch part 20, in which a lumen 21c which is opened from a base end 21b to a tip end 21a, is formed, the base end 21b is disposed on the outside face 10d of the main stem part 10 and the lumen 21c is communicated to the blood flow passage 10f, and the tip end 21a is a blind end. Stabbing can be performed not to the main stem part 10 but to the porch part 20, so that, after stabbing, the porch part 20 is bound with thread, for treatment of a hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺後の穴の閉止が容易であり、血液の漏出や血流の阻害などが生じにくい人工血管を提供する。【解決手段】外側面10d及び内側面10eを有し、内側面10eにより血液流通路10fが形成された筒状の主幹部10と、基端21bから先端21aまで通じる管腔21cが内部に形成され、基端21bが主幹部10の外側面10dに配設されるとともに管腔21cが血液流通路10fと連通され、先端21aが盲端のポーチ部20と、を備えることを特徴とする人工血管1である。主幹部10ではなくポーチ部20に穿刺を行うことができるため、穿刺後はポーチ部20を糸で縛るなどして穴の処置を行うことができる。【選択図】図1
