The invention relates to a dental post (1) for supporting dental prostheses (2) by means of a screw connection, and to the method for the production thereof, which provides a customizable optimum solution for each individual case, not only from a mechanical standpoint but also from an aesthetic standpoint. The dental post essentially comprises an upper hole (8') into which is screwed the screw (4') for retaining the prosthesis (2) on the post (1), such that the upper hole (8') can be located anywhere on the surface of the post once said post (1) has been customized in terms of the form thereof and the type of retention to the prosthesis (2) as a function of the mechanical and aesthetic requirements of the type of rehabilitation that is suitable in each particular case.Mevcut buluş, bir vida bağlantısı aracılığıyla diş protezlerini (2) desteklemeye yönelik bir diş desteği (1) ve hem mekanik açıdan hem de estetik açıdan her vaka için uyarlanabilir optimum bir çözüm sunan, bunun üretimi için bir yöntem ile ilgili olup, diş desteği (1) esas olarak, protezi (2) destek (1) üzerine tutturmak için içerisine tespit vidasının (4 ğı bir üst delik (8 na bağlı olarak şekli ve proteze (2) tutturulma tipi bakımından uyarlandıktan sonra desteğin yüzeyinin herhangi bir noktasına yerleştirilebilmektedir.
