PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subdivide predetermined components in a blood storing section into a plurality of component storing sections in an equal quantity and without remaining air inside of them.
SOLUTION: A blood component is collected from a blood collecting bag 100 and subdivided into a plurality of preparative bags 200 using a blood component separating device 1 having a blood collecting bag 100 storing a blood component, the plurality of preparative bags 200, and a controlling bag 300, connecting tubes connecting the bags 100, 200, 300, a blood serum component is moved from the blood collecting bag 100 to the plurality of preparative bags 200, thereafter the collecting bag 300 is located in the lower side of the preparative bags 200, air and a part of the blood serum component are moved to the controlling bag 300 by the pressure by the head, the controlling bag 300 is located in the upper side of the preparative bags 200, and a part of only blood serum component is moved to the preparative bag 200 by the pressure by the head.
