PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing processes and to reduce a manufacturing cost by saving materials, reducing waste and simplifying a structure.SOLUTION: A disposable paper diaper comprises an absorbent body 10 and exterior sheets 20 and 30 which are bonded integrally with the absorbent body 10, constitute a front body F and a back body B and are disposed respectively in the areas of the front body F and the back body B. The exterior sheets 20 and 30 of the front body F and/or the back body B are bonded in a stretched state in a crotch lower side direction which is a diaper longitudinal direction with respect to the absorbent body 10 at the diaper width direction center part, and thus a longitudinal direction dimension at the diaper width direction center part is longer than the longitudinal direction dimension at both side parts in the diaper width direction.
