PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dramatically improve a fish-luring effect of an underwater fishing light compared to a conventional light.SOLUTION: Light scattering devices 6 of an underwater fishing light 1, which are mounted in a light irradiation direction of each of light source devices 2, are each provided with: a cylindrical or box-shaped transparent container 20 each comprising openings 21, 22, which are formed at a top end and a bottom end thereof for guiding a stream to flow in or out and reflection members 23 formed to have a size larger than the openings 21, 22 and housed inside the transparent container 20.
