PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair fixing device that can surely fix a wheelchair free from sagging and secure the durability of a motor.SOLUTION: The wheelchair fixing device includes: front traction members 31, 32 connected to a front side of the wheelchair I arranged at one end via hooks 21, 22 rear traction members 33, 34 connected to a rear side of the wheelchair I arranged at one end via hooks 23, 24 a drive mechanism DM for pulling the front and rear traction members 31, 32, 33, 34 toward a floor surface a detection means 8 for detecting that a part of the drive mechanism DM moves to a predetermined position and a control means C for stopping an operation of the drive mechanism DM by the detection of the detection means 8.
