As shown in Fig. A sheet in which a hydrogen-producing material is mixed may be arranged on the inside or the back of the pad portion.(과제) 위생용품에 항산화 기능을 가지게 하여 인체에 장착된 상태에서의 위생상태를 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다.(해결 수단) 본 고안에 있어서는 기본적으로 위생용품에 물(수분)과 반응하여 수소를 발생시키는 수소 생성 물질을 포함시키도록 되어 있다. 즉, 인체로부터의 분비물 중이나 배설물 중의 수분이 위생용품에 접촉했을 때에 발생되는 수소에 의해 항산화 기능을 얻도록 되어 있다. 위생용품으로서는 패드부를 가지는 경우는 이 패드부에 수소 생성 물질을 포함시킬 수 있고, 예를 들면 구급 반창고(1), 기저귀(6), 겨드랑이 땀 시트(10), 땀받이 패드(15(15B, 15C)), 생리용 냅킨(20), 생리용 탐폰(25, 25B, 25C), 구비 마스크(30), 페이스 마스크(35) 등이 있다. 패드부의 내부나 배면에 수소 생성 물질이 이겨넣어진 시트를 배열설치할 수도 있다.
