PURPOSE: A river bank protection method using ropes and piles is provided to secure convenience of construction of vegetation mats and wire nets. CONSTITUTION: A river bank protection method using ropes and piles is as follows. A slope surface of a river bank is arranged and a vegetation mat(10) is installed flat on the slope surface. A wire net is installed on the vegetation mat. Piles(30) with a rope fixing device is placed on the slope surface installed with the wire net. Ropes(40) are installed at regular intervals on the wire net and connected to the rope fixing devices of the piles. The piles are piled again to tighten the ropes to contact the slope surface.본 발명은 로프와 말뚝을 이용한 하천 제방의 호안공법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 로프와 말뚝을 이용한 하천 제방의 호안공법은, 하천 제방 경사면을 정리한 후 경사면에 식생매트를 평평하게 설치하는 식생매트설치단계와； 식생매트 상부에 철망을 설치하는 철망설치단계와； 상부 일측에 로프고정장치가 설치되어 있는 말뚝을 상기 철망이 설치된 경사면에 타설하는 말뚝설치단계와； 상기 철망 위로 일정한 간격으로 로프를 설치하되, 말뚝의 로프고정장치에 로프를 연결하는 로프설치단계와； 타설된 말뚝을 재항타하여 로프가 경사면에 밀착되면서 팽팽하게 당겨지는 재항타단계；로 구성된다.본 발명에 의해, 하천 제방 경사면에 식생매트를 설치한 다음 그 위에 철망을 설치한 후 말뚝을 박고 로프로 말뚝을 서로 연결함으로써 식생매트 및 철망을 지중에 견고하게 고정시킴은 물론 시공의 용이성이 확보되고, 특히, 경사면 하부 철망을 밑다짐 돌망태 상부까지 연장하여 겹친 다음 돌망태와 철망을 서로 고정시킴으로써 철망의 이탈을 방지하여 식생매트를 견고하게 고정할 수 있게 되며, 식생매트설치단계와 철망설치단계 사이에 걸림말뚝을 설치하는 걸림말뚝설치단계를 추가 실시하고, 철망 설치시 걸림말뚝에 철망이 걸리도록 함으로써 시공의 용이성이 향상된다.
