The aim of the invention is to prevent contact of the hands with urine during urine sampling procedures, to provide conditions of asepsis, and to be able to resuse the device. To this end, the device consists of a flexible rectangular packaging (1) with a pressure closure, the inner faces of the walls thereof being stuck to opposite points of a spherical container (4) which is also flexible. The container merges into a tubular neck (5) with a lower, inner "male-female" seal (6) next to the top of the container (4), the neck expanding towards a mouth (7) having a contact rim (8) on the periphery thereof, to which a disposable adhesive absorbent (9) of the same shape is applied, bordered by an upper, outer male-female seal (10). For the use of said device, pulling on the neck, the user positions the contact rim such that it faces the pelvic or genital area, placing the absorbent (9) around this area, thereby preventing leakage of urine which is directed through the tubular neck (5) to the spherical container (4). When it is full, the container expands, accompanied by the packaging (1) which "opens up" its walls and, when the procedure is completed, the inner seal (6) is closed, the absorbent (9) removed and the side contact edges (8) folded and closed, also by applying pressure, against the upper seal (10), preventing any sampling residue remaining in the mouth (7).
