An isolated antibody that specifically binds to an epitope within domain 0 of KIR3DL2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 21, wherein said antibody inhibits the proliferation of human CD4 + T lymphocytes expressing KIR3DL in the absence of effector cells and comprises a constant region of the human IgG isotype.Un anticuerpo aislado que se une de forma específica a un epítopo dentro del dominio 0 de KIR3DL2 que tiene la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEC ID Nº: 21, en el que dicho anticuerpo inhibe la proliferación de linfocitos T CD4+ humanos que expresan KIR3DL en ausencia de células efectoras y comprende una región constante del isotipo de IgG humana.
