PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-7 production promoter having an excellent effect in the production of the FGF-7, and a scalp/hair cosmetic, food and drink by using the same.
SOLUTION: This FGF-7 production promoter is provided by including (A) forskolin and (B) essence of Astragalus membranaceus and/or essence of mandarin orange peel, and further the scalp/hair cosmetic, food and drink containing the same are provided.
