The present invention relates to a technique diagnosing malfunction of a dental device at a remote place and, more particularly to a system and method for remote fault diagnosis of a dental device rapidly processing other faults except hardware fault including replacement of components, when faults of software and hardware of the dental device are occurred.본 발명은 원격지에서 치과 장비의 고장을 진단하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 치과 장비에 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 오류 발생시, 부품 교체를 포함하는 하드웨어 오류를 제외한 다른 오류를 신속하게 처리할 수 있는 치과 장비의 원격오류진단 시스템 및 방법에 대한 것이다.
