PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new salted rice-bran paste having stable product quality even if agitated at reduced frequency compared with conventional one.SOLUTION: The salted rice-bran paste includes a lot of air bubbles. The air bubbles allow the air therein to gradually flow into the salted rice-bran paste. The air bubbles are derived from mixed foamed albumen, foamed starch liquid or the like.
