To provide an antiinflammatory/analgesic agent for external use and exerting excellent pharmacological effects by facilitating skin-permeability of a non-steroidal antiinflammatory/analgesic agent of the main ingredient.
SOLUTION: This antiinflammatory/analgesic composition for external use comprises a non-steroidal antiinflammatory/analgesic agent and an antioxidant, namely, it comprises loxoprofen sodium and sodium nitrite or sodium pyrosulfite and where the skin permeability of the loxoprofen is facilitated.
