PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag hardly deteriorated even if repeatedly expanded and shrunk: to provide an ottoman provided with the air bag: and to provide a massage machine provided with the ottoman.SOLUTION: An inside surface air bag 140 is an air bag where a closed space S supplied with air is formed, and is provided with: a first welded part 141 welded so that the enclosure of the closed space S is formed and a second welded part 142 formed on a side inner than the enclosure of the closed space S so as to adjust an air flow in the closed space S. The second welded part 142 includes: a main part 142A which is an elongated part formed so as to adjust the air flow and a stress concentration relaxing part 143B formed so as to relax stress concentration in a second edge part 142C of the main part 142A.
