PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessively hot water from cascading when temperature of supplied hot water is set too high by mistake in an apparatus for cascading hot water which has a hot water cascading nozzle 41 for cascading, into a bath tab, hot water heated by a heat exchanger 51 for supplying hot water of a heat source machine 5.SOLUTION: The apparatus for cascading hot water includes: an electromagnetic valve 46 of cascading hot water which is arranged in the middle of a hot water cascading channel 42 for supplying hot water to the hot water cascading nozzle 41 a drain pipe 47 branched from the cascading hot water channel 42 in a part upstream from the electromagnetic valve 46 of cascading hot water an electromagnetic valve 48 of drainage arranged in the middle of the drain pipe 47 and a temperature sensor 45 for detecting temperature of hot water in the cascading hot water channel 42 in a part upstream from a branch of the drain pipe 47. When the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 45 reaches an upper limit temperature or higher, a processing for stopping cascading hot water is performed so that the electromagnetic valve 46 of cascading hot water is closed and that the electromagnetic valve 48 of drainage is opened.
