A balloon-type fistula catheter is disclosed wherein a balloon can reliably expand or contract and which is provided with a balloon-type part affixed inside the body that can reduce the burden on the surgeon and on the patient. The fistula catheter has shape memory rods that can be bowed radially outward at the portions of a guide groove in conjunction with the movement of a base end side main body part so as to expand the balloon by pushing from the inner surface side thereof.Linvention concerne un cathéter à fistule de type à ballonnet dans lequel un ballonnet peut se déployer ou se contracter de manière fiable et qui comporte une partie de type à ballonnet fixée à lintérieur du corps qui peut réduire le poids sur le chirurgien et sur le patient.
