PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment which has excellent blood compatibility, stable antioxidative performance, and a less amount of nitrate ion elution.SOLUTION: A hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment comprises at least a polysulfone resin and polyvinyl pyrrolidone and includes fat soluble vitamins on the surface of the hollow fiber membrane within a range of 10 mg/m2 or more and 300 mg/m2 or less calculated in terms of a membrane area.
