The present invention relates to a local lipolysis apparatus using high pressure carbon dioxide and a chiller which injects the carbon dioxide into subcutaneous fat and cools the subcutaneous fat to enhance removal efficiency of the subcutaneous fat. The present invention comprises: a gas supply device (200) pressurizing carbon dioxide to be supplied to a hand gun (100) and circulating chiller in the hand gun (100)； and the hand gun (100) inserting an injection tube (114) into an internal hollow space (111) of a probe (110) provided with a needle (12) at an end which penetrates a skin (1) and gets inserted into the subcutaneous fat (2), injecting the carbon dioxide into the subcutaneous fat via the injection tube (114) and the needle (112), and recovering the chiller via the internal hollow space (111) after passing the injection tube (114) to cool the end of the probe (110) by circulating the chiller, whereas being provided with a valve unit (130) and a trigger (122) controlling the injection of the carbon dioxide and the circulation of the chiller such that the valve unit (130) is controlled to inject a predetermined amount of the carbon dioxide and to circulate the chiller for a predetermined time whenever the trigger (122) is pulled.본 발명은 이산화탄소를 피하지방에 주입한 후 피하지방을 냉각시켜 피하지방의 제거 효율을 높인 고압 탄산가스와 냉매를 이용한 국소지방 융해 장치에 관한 것으로서, 이산화탄소를 가압하여 핸드건(100)에 공급하고 냉매를 핸드건(100)에 순환시키는 가스 공급장치(200)； 및 피부(1)를 관통하여 피하지방(2)에 삽입하는 단부에 바늘(112)을 구비한 프로브(110)의 중공 내부(111)에 주입관(114)을 삽입하여 이산화탄소를 주입관(114)을 경유한 후 바늘(112)을 통해 피하지방(2)에 주입하게 하고 냉매를 주입관(114)을 경유한 후 중공 내부(111)을 통해 환수되게 하여 프로브(110)의 단부를 냉매 순환으로 냉각하되, 이산화탄소의 주입 및 냉매의 순환을 단속하는 밸브부(130)와 방아쇠(122)를 구비하여서, 방아쇠(122)를 당길 때마다 상기 밸브부(130)를 제어하여 이산화탄소를 미리 설정된 양만큼 주입하고 냉매를 미리 설정된 시간동안 순환시키는 핸드건(100)； 을 포함하여 구성된다.
