PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care bed including a sleeping position shift assisting mechanism with a small physical burden on a person who requires care, not to mention a caregivers labor when assisting a change of posture such as a sleeping position shift of the person who requires care.SOLUTION: The bed includes an upper half body receiving part 10 supporting the upper half body of a human body rotatably in substantially parallel with a body axis, and leg receiving parts 20, 30 supporting the right and left legs of the human body respectively.
