The present invention relates to an augmented reality image projection system capable of simultaneously capturing an actual image and projecting an augmented reality image, and capable of applying same to a subject requiring precise work or in an environment having spatial restrictions. The augmented reality image projection system according to the present invention is technically characterized by comprising: an actual image capture device for capturing an actual image of a subject through invisible rays without interference from visible rays； and an augmented reality image projection device for projecting an augmented reality image onto the subject, wherein the actual image capture device and the augmented reality image projection device capture an actual image and project an augmented reality image through the same optical axis.
