The present invention relates to a method for measuring fluid movement in a maxillary sinus using a near-infrared ray and a system thereof, which analyze fluid movement in a maxillary sinus based on a plurality of near-infrared images and sensing values according to a head slope, thereby determining presence and a degree of a sinusitis. According to the present invention, the method for measuring fluid movement in a maxillary sinus using a near-infrared ray comprises the following steps of: obtaining the plurality of near-infrared images capturing the maxillary sinus of a subject; obtaining the plurality of sensing values measuring a head slope value of the subject when capturing each of the near-infrared images; and analyzing the fluid movement in the maxillary sinus of the subject based on the obtained infrared ray images and sensing values.본 발명에 따른 근적외선을 이용한 상악동 내의 유체 움직임 측정 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 피측정자의 상악동을 촬영한 복수의 근적외선 영상들을 획득하는 단계; 각각의 근적외선 영상 촬영 시, 상기 피측정자의 머리 기울기 값을 측정한 복수의 센싱값들을 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 획득된 근적외선 영상들 및 센싱값들에 기반하여, 상기 피측정자의 상악동 내의 유체 움직임을 분석하는 단계를 포함한다.
