The invention relates to organic and bioorganic combinatorial chemistry, namely to new combinatorial libraries of polysaccharide derivatives and supramolecular structures based on them, which, when used without separation into individual components, have high biological activity. A new combinatorial library and a supramolecular structure based on it from biologically active derivatives of polysaccharides are proposed, as well as pharmaceutical compositions based on them with hemostatic, wound healing, antiviral and immunomodulatory effects, containing as the main active substance an unseparated whole combinatorial mixture of substituted glucopyranose polymer derivatives, obtained combinatorial modification of the polysaccharide with at least two covalent modifiers, the synthesis results in a combinatorial mixture with the maximum number of combinations of modified polysaccharide derivatives, and as biologically active substances to obtain a pharmaceutical composition, a whole combinatorial mixture of polysaccharide derivatives is used in the form of a supramolecular structure without separation into individual components. Modified combinatorial derivatives of polysaccharides have hemostatic, wound healing, antiviral and immunomodulatory effects and other properties, on the basis of which a medicinal, veterinary, agrochemical or cosmetic preparation with a wide spectrum of activity can be obtained.
