This invention relates to a process for ultra-freezing a raw material activity and a method thereof. The process of the invention mainly comprises the steps of: firstly submicron-pulverizing to at least a powdered starting raw material containing active ingredients and then providing a solvent to mix therewith and then performing a filling process to complete a raw material. The raw material is treated by vacuum freeze drying in an enclosed space at a temperature of -40 DEG C for 2 hours and then is tested at a temperature of -30 DEG C that is sequentially changed from -40 DEG C. When the raw material is intended to conform the freezing condition, the temperature for the raw material is sequentially adjusted and the storage time corresponding therewith are set as follows: -20 DEG C/3hrs, -15 DEG C/24hrs, -10 DEG C/20hrs, 0 DEG C/15hrs, 10 DEG C/6hrs, and 25 DEG C/6hrs, respectively. Accordingly, the freezing sublimation step is completed and the raw material can be transformed from a powder state to a frozen state, thereby obtaining a long-term preservation of the active ingredients contained in the raw material without deterioration.本發明為有關一種可使原料活性極凍之製程,其主要製程步驟係先將至少一內含有活性成份且呈粉狀之原始原料經超微米粉碎後再取一溶劑進行混合,之後再進行充填即完成一原料,而原料於-40度的密閉空間內進行真空冷凍乾燥2小時,再依序將溫度改變為-30度進行原料之測試,若當原料符合冷凍條件時,再將溫度依序調整為-20度、-15度、-10度、0度、10度及25度,且原料對各溫度內的存放時間分別為3小時、24小時、20小時、15小時、6小時及6小時,藉此則完成冷凍昇華步驟,即可將原料由粉狀態改變成凍結狀態,而使原料內的活性成份得以被長期的保存而不變質。
