To provide a poultice medicine to be stuck on an undergarment which can supply an active ingredient to an affected part without sticking it directly to a diseased part such as stiffness, muscle pain or the like.SOLUTION: An adhesive material 2 is applied to the upper side of a flexible and stretchable substrate 3, a drug layer 4 composed of an active ingredient against stiffness and muscle pain is applied to the lower side of the substrate 3, Place a sheet 5 that prevents sticking to the skin and guarantees permeation of the active ingredient. The four layers are sandwiched between the upper peeling layer 1 and the lower peeling layer 6 which protect them until just before use to prepare a structure composed of a total of six layers. The structure is stuck to the undergarment near the affected part such as stiffness or muscle pain by the adhesive material 2 and used.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION【課題】凝り、筋肉痛等の患部に直接貼らずに有効成分を患部に供給することができる下着に貼る湿布薬を提供する。【解決手段】伸縮可能な柔軟性を持った基体3の上側に粘着材2を塗り、基体3の下側には、凝りや筋肉痛に対する有効成分から成る薬剤層4を塗り、さらにその下に肌へのくっつきを防止し且つ有効成分の透過を保障するシート5を置く。前記4層を使用直前まで保護する上方剥離層1及び下方剥離層6ではさみ、全部で6層からなる構造体を作成する。この構造体を凝りや筋肉痛等の患部の近傍にある下着に前記粘着材2によって貼りつけ使用する。【選択図】図1
