PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taking failure prevention board which is excellent in handleability and is capable of surely managing taking of medicines or supplements.SOLUTION: This taking failure prevention board includes a plurality of sealed containers 3 for storing medicines S to be taken, which are provided with date display parts 6 to which numerals from 1 to 31 are attached one by one on a front surface 3A, and provided with magnets on a back surface.
