Provided is a surgical infrared microscope comprising: an illumination means (110) including an infrared illumination means (111) and a visible light illumination means (112) and selectively irradiating one light ray among an infrared ray and a visible light ray to an affected part an objective (120) on which the light ray irradiated to the affected part is reflected and an image is formed a left beam splitter (130) and a right beam splitter (131) which divide the image transmitted from the objective a left eyepiece (140) and a right eyepiece (141) which receive the divided image on one optical path from the left beam splitter and the right beam splitter and deliver the same to left and right eyes of a user, respectively a left camera (160) and a right camera (161) which receive the divided image on the other optical path from the left beam splitter and the right beam splitter, and convert and output the same into left image data and right image data, respectively and a three-dimensional display device (190) which outputs the left and right image data in a three-dimensional stereoscopic image.
