FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to a method of producing a biocidal composition. For this purpose, vegetal raw materials, represented by ripe fallen leaves of higher plants of late maturity, dried, milled, extracted with water under effect of UV range and ultrasound, at pressure of 750–780 mm Hg, at temperature 22 ± 2 °C, with pulsed exposure to ultrasound at a filling frequency of 40–69 kHz and power of up to 100 W and in the optical ultraviolet range of 254–340 nm, after which the extract is evaporated at low pressure, and in the step of producing the extract containing biologically active substances in the process of rotary evaporation, titanium dioxide TiOin the form of rutile with particle size of 80 nm in such amount per one kilogram of weight of substance, that ratio of two phases of titanium dioxide minerals anatase/rutile ≥ 6.0, which corresponds to content of rutile 30 ± 1.5 mg per kg of substance weight. Also disclosed is a biocidal composition obtained using said method.EFFECT: group of inventions enables selective destruction of biopathogens while preserving products of secondary metabolism, which enables to reduce the proportion of the antibiotic to achieve a positive therapeutic effect.10 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
