PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical body warmer capable of imparting a hyperthermic effect to the total body, even when being used topically to a body region.SOLUTION: A chemical body warmer in which a heating part containing reduced iron powder as an oxidative metal is used, and the heating part is housed in a housing body containing a moisture permeable sheet having a moisture permeability of 650-1,200 g/m2 day, is disposed on at least a part of a sole part and used, to thereby impart a hyperthermic effect to the whole body, and to accelerate blood circulation not only in the sole part but also in hands, legs, a shoulder and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は、身体部位に対して局所的に使用しても、全身に対して温熱効果を付与できる化学カイロを提供することである。【解決手段】酸化性金属として還元鉄粉を含む発熱部を使用し、これを透湿度が６５０～１２００ｇ／ｍ2・ｄａｙである透湿性シートを含む収容体に収容した化学カイロを足底部の少なくとも一部に配設して使用することにより、体全体に温熱効果が付与され、足底部のみならず、手、足、肩等において血行が促進される。【選択図】図３
