PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which there is no means for determining a reduction action for a commercial article to be used, having, as an index, an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) value in the intake of food or experience or behavior in life, commercial products used by human beings, animals, or domestic animals, the means being conventionally means for determining the safety, calorie, etc., of food and drink itself.SOLUTION: A method for determining a reduction action for a commercial article is not for measuring the oxidation reduction potential value (ORP) of the juice or moisture of a measurement target as in a conventional manner, but is for checking and using a reduction action having, as an index, the oxidation reduction potential value (ORP) of the human saliva before and after the intake of food or drink or before and after experience or behavior in clothing, food, and housing in daily life. This determining means is useful for maintaining health by using not only for food for human beings or food for animals and domestic animals, but also for various experiences and behaviors in a daily life such as kabuki, narration or comic dialog in art for laughing, pictures, carving, literature, films, newspapers, TV image, music, amusement, spring, sports, as determination target items for a reduction action in mental aspect.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来においては、食料および飲料そのものの安全性やカロリーなどを判定する手段であり、ヒト、動物、又は家畜が使用する商品を、食糧摂取、又は生活の体験行動において酸化還元電位値(ORP)を指標として、使用する商品の還元作用を判定する手段がないのが実状です。【解決手段】従来のように測定対象の食糧そのものの液汁や水分の酸化還元電位値(ORP)を測定するのではなく、飲食物の摂取前後および日常生活の衣食住における体験行動の前後のヒト唾液の酸化還元電位値(ORP)を指標とする還元作用を確認して使用する商品の還元作用を判定する方法であり、この判定手段は、ヒトの食糧、又は動物、家畜におよび、食糧だけでなくメンタル面での還元作用の判定対象項目として歌舞伎、落語や漫才のお笑い芸術、絵画、彫刻、文学、映画、新聞・テレビ映像、音楽、娯楽、温泉、スポーツ等、日常生活のあらゆる体験行動に活用し、健康保持に役立てることを目的としているのである。【選択図】図1
