The present invention relates to a roof retractable TMR mixing-transportation vehicle wherein an appropriate amount of moisture can be evenly sprinkled over a TMR when the TMR is discharged out of a loading container, and is configured with a watering device such that the loading container roof can be fully opened as needed. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a watering line having a plurality of water spouting holes is disposed inside the loading container such that the liquid supplied from the outside of the loading container can be scattered inside the loading container, one end of the watering line is installed through a wall of the loading container, an introduction pipe in fluid communication with one end of the watering line is installed outside the loading container, and a pump is connected to one end of the introduction pipe.본 발명은, TMR이 적재함 밖으로 배출될 때 적정량의 수분이 TMR 위에 골고루 뿌려질 수 있고, 또한, 적재함 지붕이 필요에 따라 완전히 개방될 수 있도록 구성된, 가수(加水) 장치를 구비한 지붕 개폐식 TMR 배합-운송 차량에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 적재함의 외부로부터 공급되는 액체가 적재함의 내부에 흩뿌려질 수 있도록 복수의 분수공(噴水孔)을 가진 살수(撒水) 라인이 적재함의 내부에 배치되고, 살수 라인의 일측 단부가 적재함의 벽면에 관통설치되며, 살수 라인의 일측 단부와 유체연통하는 도입관이 적재함의 외측에 설치되며, 도입관의 한쪽 끝에는 펌프가 연결된다.
