The present invention relates to a gelatin sheet supply device for supplying gelatin supplied in a liquid state while being spread in a sheet form, in a capsule forming machine for forming medicine and food capsules by using the gelatin as a raw material, the gelatin sheet supply device comprising: a spreader box having a discharge outlet formed at the lower end thereof in order to supply liquid gelatin to a casting drum in a sheet form； a driving device provided in the spreader box so as to adjust an opening width of the discharge outlet of the spreader box by a driving motor； a thickness detection device provided on a path through which a gelatin sheet is supplied, so as to measure the thickness of the gelatin sheet discharged through the spreader box； and a control unit for driving the driving device by receiving a signal from the thickness detection device, thereby automatically controlling the thickness adjustment of the gelatin sheet so as to precisely adjust the thickness of the gelatin sheet, shorten a setting time of the capsule forming machine, and prevent unnecessary raw gelatin waste.L'invention concerne un dispositif d'approvisionnement en feuilles de gélatine permettant d'introduire de la gélatine liquide sous forme de feuille dans une machine utilisant la gélatine comme matière première pour former des capsules de médicaments ou de compléments alimentaires.
