The present invention relates to a nanofusion of liposome-nucleic acid fluorescence, an imaging system to use the nanofusion to diagnose a disease, a disease diagnosis method, and a method to prepare the nanofusion, wherein the nanofusion of liposome-nucleic acid fluorescence includes a silica sphere or a polystyrene sphere within a liposome having a surface to which a fluorescent material labeled-nucleic acid structure in a branched shape is attached. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technique used to prepare a nanofusion of liposome-nucleic acid fluorescence adhered to a high-performance diagnosis of a plurality of diseases, wherein the nanofusion is prepared by: preparing a nucleic acid structure in a Y-shape labeled by a fluorescent material; attaching the nucleic acid structure to a surface of a polystyrene or silica sphere to implement in the cells; and coating the surface of the sphere with a liposome bilayer through fusion technology. The nanofusion of liposome-nucleic acid fluorescence, in accordance to the present invention, can perform specific diagnosis by sensing a signal from the outside or inside of a cell membrane in accordance to a purpose; allow a high sensing diagnosis when targeting ribonucleic acid messenger and micro ribonucleic acid having absolutely low cellular concentration; and flexibly diagnosing carcinoma of which the diagnosis is difficult such as a triple negative breast cancer since various target materials expressed outside and inside a cell membrane can be targeted.
