PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem when the remarkable sanitary deterioration and environmental pollution are caused by floating and decaying the dead body of this abandoned animal such as a pig in a downstream part of a river, due to being put in a present state of abandoning in the river without being disposed of in a site, since the number of animals such as the pig of dying by an infectious disease is numerous, though landfilling-disposing of the dead body of the animal such as the pig dead by the infectious disease in the site, in pig farming business of a Chugoku mountain part.SOLUTION: An animal meat-fish meat grease recovery system comprises a rectangular solid-shaped container capable of storing oil, that is, oil heating means capable of heating the oil and capable of controlling the temperature in the rectangular solid-shaped container, and comprises carrying means composed of a pair of upper-lower meshes capable of traveling at a desired speed in liquid of the oil stored in the rectangular solid-shaped container, and can recover grease included in animal meat-fish meat by carrying-heating while inserting the animal meat including the grease between the meshes of the carrying means by heating the oil stored in the rectangular solid-shaped container to the constant temperature by the oil heating means.【課題】中国山間部の養豚業などでは、伝染病死した豚等家畜の死骸を敷地内で埋立処分しているが、伝染病死する豚等家畜の数が夥しく敷地内では処分しきれず河川に投棄している現状にある。この投棄された豚等家畜の死骸は河川の下流部で浮遊・腐敗することによって著しい衛生劣化・環境汚染を引き起こしており、かかる問題を解決することにある。【解決手段】油を入れることのできる直方体形容器で、前記直方体形容器には前記油を加熱及び温度制御可能な油加熱手段を備え、かつ、前記直方体形容器に入っている前記油の液中を所望の速度で走行可能な上下一対のメッシュからなる搬送手段を備え、前記直方体形容器に入っている前記油を前記油加熱手段により一定温度に加熱し、前記搬送手段の前記メッシュの間に油脂を含む畜肉等を挿入しながら搬送・加熱して前記畜肉・魚肉に含まれる油脂を回収できる畜肉・魚肉油脂回収装置【選択図】図６
