PURPOSE: A drying device is provided to reduce a whole laver manufacturing device by reducing the surface of the drying device to going through the drying process of double layer, thereby smoothly rotating the wrapper hanger in drying process to separate the laver. CONSTITUTION: A first drying part(30) firstly dries the wrapper hanger by transferring the wrapper hanger in intermittence action of a first transferring body while support the support bar(34) by receiving the wrapper hanger which is transferred by the horizontal transferring body. A laver drying board rotating part(40) is installed to lower part of a first drying part, and is firstly rotates the other bar as bonding the one side of the wrapper hanger to the horizontal transfer chain by being received the wrapper hanger which is transferred to other side of the first drying part. A second drying part(50) completely dries the wrapper hanger by transferring to the other side as intermittence action of a second chain by being received with a wrapper which is rotated once through wrapper rotation part. The wrapper rotation par is comprised of a chain transfer roller, a laver drying board supporting plate, and a rotating guide groove. The chain transfer roller makes the wrapper hanger to enter the second drying part to form a slope by converting the transfer angle of the horizontal transfer body which transfers the wrapper hanger. The wrapper supporting plate is supporting the other of the wrapper hanger and to transfer intermittence by operation of horizontal transferring body, to form the support surface. The rotating guide side has a hanger surface on upper side to hang the other side of the wrapper hanger through supporting surface.
